DVD navigating problem..what's happened??

Problem with navigating dvd.
When get dvd chapters menu page cursor don't move and i cannot choose any chapter i wand.
In other part of dvd like audio menu seems to works propely but not all the time. i've checked turn off dxva option in set up but dont' works anyway. codec installed only default and use mpv and mpa decoder.
