| Hi there, I searched the forums and checked the wiki, but I'm unsure as to who I can do this. I'm using zoom player as an external player through media portal, but if I stop the movie halfway through and get back to media portal, I'll then click on the "play dvd" icon and it will ask me if I want to resume from where I left off, often not where I left off at all. What I thought might work to solve this problem would be to send a parameter to zoom player telling it where to seek to. Zoom player supports seeking through a command line switch, so I'd just be looking for the parameter given by media portal - is this possible? Any other way to fix this? Thanks, FK |

Country: | Well this is probably not going to help you too much, and I hope you did get a solution on those 6 months... but I want to say this: 1. If you configure Zoom Player timeline navigation properly then you can get to any position in seconds. 2. Using the internal player has its advantages. An important one for example, is playing a recoding while it is being recorded, without timeline navigation problems. So I have chosen to make suggestions for improving the internal player rather then improving the connection for Zoom Player. Like I did here http://forum.team-mediaportal.com/ti...ar-t16076.html Last edited by Doron; 2007-04-13 at 13:34. |
