For the PVR2000 you are stuck with their default rate, you can't change it. I've looked everywhere in the registry and other places but never managed to find these settings for my PVR2000.

There is a freeware tools with this I can set the default parameters like video & audio bitrate but after I reboot the computer the default parameters go from card.
Every startup has to start this application and set the parameters by hand. I wish can be automaticed it...

Here is an autoit script. http://www.autoitscript.com/AutoIt/downloads.php
With this you can automatice set up the Leadtek PVR2000 bitrate. You can generate an exe file and start it up before MP starts.

run, VideoWDMControl.exe
WinWaitActive, ASVzzz VideoWDMControl
leftclick,313,69
Send,#{RIGHT}
leftclick,146,165
leftclick,51,170
; 6 means 6Mbit
send,6,#{ENTER}
WinClose, ASVzzz VideoWDMControl
