How do I adjust DVD subtitles/audio with the MC remote?

How do I switch DVD subtitles and audio tracks with the Media Center remote?

I've got them off by default, now when ripping DVDs with DVD Shrink, obviously the subtitles/audio are there even if the menu is not.

On ripped files with no menu, I believe you can only either have subs on or off through the config. As far as audio tracks, the following link has a bit of info...
