Default MOV Files - can't playback with "full sound"

Okay... this is maybe not a MP problem specifically but I hope soomeone can help me.

I've installed K-Lite Code pack v 1.61 and have QT Alternative installed so I can run all QT .mov trailer within MP. However, the audio from some (not all) trailers don't get played properly - I mean I can hear a background sound affect but when people talk no sound coming out of their mouth. And this only happen to QT HD files (maybe this is the issue with the files embedded surround sound?)

I have my PC hook up to my sound system (w/ 5 speakers) via SPDIF connection and to watch .avi movies with AC3 (5 chanels) sounds it doesn't have any problem at all.

Is anyone out there know how to set-up/fix this thing? Really appreciate any input.

BTW, here's my system:
MP version 0.2.0
AMD 3000 with 1Gb memory
