| Area: Media Portal Program MediaPortal Version: 0.2.0.0 (2006-07-03) MediaPortal Skin: BlueTwo Windows Version: Windows XP (SP2) .NET CLR Version: 2.0.50727 DirectX Version: 4.09.00.0904 (9.0c) Audio Codec: MPA Decoder Filter Video Codec: MPV Decoder Filter CPU Type: AMD Athlon 64 3500+ Memory: 1 GB Motherboard: A8R-MVP (ASUSTeK Computer INC.) TV Card Model: Technisat Skystar2 TV Card Type: DVB TV Card Driver: 4.4.0 Video Card Model: Nvidia Geforce 6600 GT (128 MB) Video Card Driver: 91.31 Video Card Resolution: 1280x1024 Video Render Type: VMR9 Audio Card Model: Creative Audigy Audio Processor (WDM) Audio Card Driver: 5.12.10.1162 Synopsis:: Until I was using 0.2 RC4, Mediaportal ran in a window in my primary display (LCD monitor 1280x1024) and at the same time it was running fullscreen on my tv (1024x768) using nvidia's dualview capability. After I uninstalled 0.2 Release and installed 0.2 Release, Mediaportal doesn't display fulscreen on my secondary monitor (tv) any more, and it shows the video on tv only when I play movies or watch tv channels (without any OSD). Uninstalling 0.2 Release and returning to 0.2RC4 didn't solve the problem. Does anybody know how to return to the previous settings? |

Country: | I have the same, but it's not MP 0.2 related. When I install Widows Live messenger ( messenger 8 ) than things go wrong as discribed by Mr. taroqo. When I remove messenger 8 and install messenger 7 (7.5) all is OK. Mr. Taroqo and EMKO, have you installed other software at the same time as MP 0.2?

| I didn't install any other software than MP 0.2, and don't have any messenger. I think it could be related to some registry key for activating directx VMR for MP interface, which has gone during uninstalling 0.2RC4. Now I have MP on LCD monitor and windows background on tv T_T |
