MyBlaster + Dish Networks

Hey all,

I've been searching for about an hour and haven't had any luck. Has anybody been able to get the MCE blaster to work on a dish networks "dishpro 301" system? i have mediaportal rc4, and i had to download the myblaster_extra.zip so the learn button would work. however, when i press test, nothing happens where do i specify which port?

also, when i do this, it doesnt save anywhere. in the log it says something about myblaster.dat not found. do i need to create that myself? and in mediaportal, when i press configuration for myblaster in the plugins settings, nothing happens.

thanks for any help... i may PM scoop, as he is the author (i think) of the program?

EDIT: Does this belong in software or hardware support? =X i thought this was the hardware support section, so if the mods need to move it, please do.
