Default Prevent PCM output over SPDIF

If I jump from a tv channel with ac3 to a channel with mpeg2 and back to one with ac3 I get ugly audio jitters / scratch with 2 seconds of pcm out. After that the av receiver switches to ac3 / dolby digital.

Is their a way to disable pcm output for SPDIF with ffdshow?

I think maybe there are options to do this with the AC3Filter audio decoder, not sure.
