Default recording only static....

I'm getting a weird issue with recording. I'm using 2.0 RC4 and also PVR scheduler. I have media portal running and its on the home screen. I maunally put the computer into standby (with remote). PVR scheduler is set up to "wake" the computer, record and then turn the TV off and finally put the computer back in standby (leaving MP running). All of the above does happen except the recoding is nothing but staic. Any ideas?

Try using the 2 options in PVR Scheduler "Close MediaPortal before Standby - Always" and "Start MediaPortal on Resume - Always" to see if that helps?

I had the same problem using Power Scheduler on RC4. Also, when MP has woken up the computer to record, the screen was black and I had no sound.

With SVN from may 21, my recordings are proper tv shows and not statics anymore, but the screen is still black and the sound is abscent.

I heard from someone on the forum (don't remember who, or the thread) that even the black screen/no sound issue has been fixed in later SVN. I'd say about a week ago.

I have installed the SVN form 6/20/06. The first thing I tried to record w/ PVR Scheduler worked fine! It woke on time and recorded(no static). Since then I have not made any changes to MP or PVR and now ever time PVR wakes up MP it only stays on for about a minute and then goes into stanby again.( I do have no shutdown/stanby while recording checked in PVR settings) Durning the minute that it is on it does record and with out static. Any more suggestions? Is there a better SVN someone can suggest for this issue?
