This only happend when video decoder are directly connected to VMR9/EVR.
I believe this is somehow related to video resizing...
If you install my SAF package and add DirectVobSub in movie post procesing, problem disapear.

EDIT:
Ok, i did some more research about this problem, and i think i found where the problem is.
VMR9 needs to use 3D surface to render correct picture (not sure about EVR).
Remember, this only happend when decoder is directly connected to renderer (if there is DirectVobSub loaded, picture are OK)
