Synopsis::

My problem is, that I can't get some programs up and running while other do. I define the applications within "my programs". Namely I play around with Opera and Open Office. Opera starts up and works fine in front of MP. The Open Office applications are starting, but their window will stay behind MP. There is no difference between starting them maximized, normal or even minimized. The settings are the same for all applications. I know that it worked once, but I am no longer able to tell in with Build is was.
Any hints and tipps are wellcome.
I set them up according the the help from http://wiki.team-mediaportal.com/Med...ins_MyPrograms for other applications.

Hi fake9,
thanks for the idea, but I haven't set that option. The problem for me is, that other apps (opera, notepad) are working fine

Thanks anyway
AM

hmm, little update: After playing around with the information from Quickly adding and organizing programs to My Programs and trying to setup that way, everything is working fine, including Open Office. Of course I'm using the latest SVN from 11.9.06. Maybe that helped also. (Sorry, too tired to test back ;-))
Anyway, the problem is solved.

sorry guys and of course ladies...
I have to reopen the issue. But with more details this time. Everything is working fine with every configuration and all SVN patches availabel.BUT
on one of my systems which is equippes with the 915G Chipset and GMA900 Grahic built in, i can't get Open Office up and running within MP all other systems work fine. (For config please look above. MP is configured the same on all systems. but with internal GMA900 graphics, the Window will stay behind MP (no, MP isn't st up to be allways on top) while all other tested apps works as they should (Opera, firefox, even some Directx 7 and 8 games)The same system has a problem with the Hauppauge HVR3000 Tuner card. When I enter into my TV i get an error message, that MP could not open the graph. Does this belong to the problem? Any help is highly wellcome, because "normally" I would like to use that system as my HTPC..

Thanks and keep the MP rocking
Arne
