TV Card Model: Compro VideoMate DVB-T300 TV Card Type: DVB TV Card Driver: 1.3.3.9 Video Card Model: Radeon 9600 Series (256 MB) Video Card Driver: - Video Card Resolution: 1360x768 Video Render Type: - Audio Card Model: Realtek AC'97 Audio Audio Card Driver: - Synopsis:: Subtitles always on for movies and DVDs My first post and I have to say I am very impressed with MediaPortal. After ironing out a few problems with my setup (eg. capture card changing name with new driver), things are running well. However subpictures (subtitles) are always on for both movies and DVDs, even though I have turned off "Show subtitles" in configuration as per other posts. I've hunted through various threads that sound close, but perhaps not quite the same problem as I am having. May well be a codec specific thing(?), but I've tried a variety of different codecs available on my setup with no luck. Can someone please help??? |

| Fixed. Uninstalled the Compro DVD software that came with my capture card. There must have been a conflict of some type (even when I wasn't using the Compro codecs...) Anyway, all good now! |
