Got it up and running with Win XP, Mediaportal 0.2 and a Hauppauge WinTV-nova stick - the stick has a usb-cord so it doesn't stick out in the back. Peripherals are the usb-tv tuner and the mce remote.

Works beautifully, no probs at all. DTS and AC3 passthrough no problems. Sleep mode works without any tweaks. Only tweak was to disable the interanal speakers in the registry (http://forum.insanelymac.com/lofiver...p/t18104.html).
