Hi folks,

First i wanna thank all of the Mediaportal team for making a very fine product.
I'm almost done with my HTPC. The only thing is 5.1 decoding that seems to fail all the time. Works fine without Mediaportal but that is another topic for another Support section.

Rest of my Hometheater can be seen here: My Home Theater

The specs:

Ahanix Dign 5 with VFD display
Intel Pentium 4 2.8 ghz
MSI Neo motherboard
Hauppage 350 PVR
ATI Radeon 9600 XT 256 mb (Fanless)
1024MB Corsair DDR2 RAM
80GB Samsung SATA HD
Scorpion IONE wireless keyboard.
Seasonic 300 W silent Powersupply
Zalman CPU cooler with fancontroll

Storage:

1 TB Fileserver running Samba on Debian 3.1

Im very happy with my HTPC, it's very silent and my girlfriend thinks it's very easy to use. That is very important

This looks very nice, congratulations!

You say your graphics card is fanless, what about CPU/case fans? Do you have a photo of the open case?

Very nice - And your Cinema rocks absolutely !...

Btw.. The Ahanix looks better in black - Though it tends to pick up dust like you wouldn't believe it :-)

Hi Steef,

Thank you very much. Actually i'm not a huge fan of silver or black but in my opinion Dign 5 was "is" most prettylooking cases outthere.
