Mike (the Okie) says thanks!

EDIT:

BTW - Can you use the Kodak EasyShare printer to print any screen captures from MediaPortal? Just curious.

If it's connected to the pc you can use it as any other printer. Of course you can take it with you and print without a pc too. Very cool hardware.

Same one here too

Did you end up keeping the 2x60mm fans or removing them?

I put small tape squares over them, they now both look a very dull purple when flashing. They were blinding before :?

I'm just finishing the build on my HTPC and I'm using a Thermaltake Bach case. It has bright LEDs for power and the hard drive and the blue one is like one of those LED flashlights!!

As a test I took the front panel off, removed the LEDs and painted over the end (not the entire thing) with whiteout. I used whiteout because I could remove it easily. Guess what? Just blocking the light out of the end works great. Next I'm going to try black marker on the end. If it looks good I'll use permanent marker. And as a last resort, I'll use plack paint.

I think the permanent marker will work well because it should be semi-transparent. I have a lot of other things to do first so for now I have funky looking white spots from the whiteout when it's turned off. LOL
