i like all the HUGE FANS... lol, i run only 2 fans in my lc17 .. 1 stock rear little guy, and upgraded the front 90mm to a 120mm.. runs nice and cool still

it's nice, but serious overkill imo.. 520W PSU, you only need 200W max with this setup; 3 fans? way too much cooling..

200W wouldn't do the job considdering the CPU takes up ~120W.

I have the same case, nicely made, I was drawn to the psu being placed on the opposite site but had to lengthen the 12v cpu power rails on my setup to reach the socket on the mobo, how did you get around this?

Do you really think you CPU will take 120W? :-)

To play safe, you could say a 330W PSU would suffice, but I'll bet if you measure power consumption it wouldn't be more than 200W..

It's just long enough, it was a bit tricky. That's actually the only con with the PSU, the 12V cable is a bit bulky as well.

I've actually measured the consumption and it's a about 420-430W. But it doesn't matter, the current setup is dead silent. I do quite a bit of H264 encoding so I sure need the horsepower.
