| MP Donator   |  Project finished HTPC Ok, this Project is finished since a few weeks, however I decided to share my thought about it. What I built : Everything is placed inside the sideboard, behind a opaque window which lets through the IR.... Case: Zalman 160 with Irtrans Display receiver(did not need a big display, because everything is inside the sideboard) Mobo: ASUS P5K-E Wifi AP (Wanted Wifi, even though I connect through Devolo Powerline adapter) CPU: C2D E6550 Ram: 3 GB HD: 2x 500 GB Samsung Sata Grafics: HIS Radeon HD 2600XT 256MB with zalman Fan Sound Onboard via SPDIF out Tv Card: Firedtv DVB-C incl. Alphacrypt AMP: Harman Kardon 135 Speakers: Scandyna MiniPod 5.1 System (formerly built by B&W) TV: Samsung 50'' Plasma (don't know the model right now....) What else: Qnap TS 201 Media Server with 2TB (internally and external HDs) in Basement to stream Videos and Music I think thats all.... cheers joystick
