Hmmm getting a error "the currently selected skin is outdated" ????

I am running mp 2.3.1 RC1

What could be wrong?

the skin is not designed for 0.2.3.0.

the author plans an update. he mentioned that a few pages back.

Hi im absolutly loving this skin, i have one small feature request to ask of anyone with the relevant skills, i use Stardocks Wincustomize Bootskin to modify the boot screen of XP to somehting that promotes Mediaportal, but what i would love to see is a boot skin that utilizes the same background image as is in the Core skin, along with the mediaportal logo and some icons like DVD, DivX etc

as when this is done it really does make for an impressive sight loading to completely hide the fact that your PC is windows,

if there is anyone out here that knows how to write a bootskin for stardock wincustomizebootskin, i would creatly appreaciate if you could get in touch with me and i could explain a couple of the ideas i have

Micky, I agree, and there are bootskins available for download off this site, somewhere....but, some of these are of low qual 8bit renders, I use Tuneup Styler to replace mine, and I know 16bit ones can be used as I have one that works nice....I guess what I'm saying is can we get a NICE set of bootskins? And how do we make them work with all replacement apps?
