Please add that class in the new tswriter ;-)
What do you mean by that
The NIT decoder was missing in the test tool but is now included.
What do you mean by manual scanning and missing NIT decoder

It's great news the tswriter is being improved. I'm playing the recordings made by Mediaportal on a Popcorn Hour A100, which would be a great device for a Mediaportal Extender, but that's another discussion. Unfortunately the files produced by the new tswriter cannot be played on de PCH, unless I first remux the file using TsRemux (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=125447&page=1), the same problem I was already having with the older tswriter.
Since you're rewriting it, maybe it's a good idea to make the tswriter really good, so that files can be played on extenders. Maybe you could find out what it is that TsRemux is doing to these files?

I'm using a FloppyDtv DVB-C with an Alphacrypt in the Netherlands (Multikabel) on Vista Home Premium.

Keep up the good work!

gemx,

I have a chance to get home before the scheduled time and I'm testing your latest version: Italian users will be gratefull because now DVB-T from Mediaset is working really smoothly...

EDIT:

Unfortunatly channel change sometimes hangs like in the logs provided from Rete4->Canale5. The result is a still image from the new channel and no audio at all.

EDIT2:

On some channels I have a strange line on the top of the screen...please see attached screenshots.

Those lines are definately send by the broadcaster. You can use the crop setting in MP to cut few pixel lines of the video frame to get rid off those.

Question

The new TsWriter is working almost fine for me, fast channel switching.

The downside is that I can't watch 1 channel and record the other on the same transponder, or live tv stops (no picture and sound but still timeshifting) or the recording stops (no picture & sound but still recording).
I checked the TVserver / manual control and noticed that for the problem channel it displays channel scrambled =yes

I use a Twinhan DVB-C CI card (2033) and Twinhan Mantis DVB-C they both act the same.
OS = Vista Home Premium

Keep up the good work!
