Patch; DVB-s scanner - Create Groups for each sat. Added.

Subject more or less says it all.

On tvsetup.exe I have added a new checkbox to the scanning tab of the dvb-s card section.

It's called "create groups for each satellite".

It does what it says.
Quite useful for users scanning a 4 diseqC switch (like me).

Only one of the 2 checkboxes can be selected.
Checking one checkbox de-selects the other and vice versa.

Diff's attached.
