Hi.

This might actually be the case. Setup the current version around 4pm this afternoon and noticed the behaviour when I came back home at about 10:30pm.
Will be interesting to see how it looks tomorrow....ahem... later today

Will be back with report.

Hey

Everything looks as supposed this morning.

We' ll see how it goes tonight

Yup! Clock has now passed 9:30 pm local time here and Guide has collapsed.

Can't look at it until tomorrow... I think I can fix it easily.

Im not sure the html for the recorded programs is right. On a completly new install with 3.0.0.8 i get this:

The html is untouched from how it was set at install:

HTML Code:
<table cellspacing = 1><tr><td>!!!CheckBox!!!</td>
<td nowrap align=left width="98%"><a !!!ToolTip!!! href="javascript:load('!!!RecordingId!!!')">!!!Title!!![35]</a></td>
<td align=right>!!!WatchedImage!!!</td></tr></table>
Last time i think i resolved this by pasting code from earlier posts in this thread.

I have loads of satellite channels which are encrypted but I don't want to delete as it just picks them up in a scan later and messes up the sort order I have.

I've created a group of channels called 'Freesat' which consists of all the channels I display in the MP EPG and I would like the web interface to display only this group, is this possible?

Also, in MediaPortal I am able to set up an 'Alert' when a program is coming on that I would like to watch, could this be added? Sometimes I don't want to record a program but just reminded when it's on if I am watching TV.

Many thanks again Big_Kev

EDIT: I have the same problem as AngryBadger above. This is using non-grouped recorded-program editing. I use the grouped setting which works.

I thin, one of the problems big kev will have here is that the TVnotify plugin uses a database on a local machine. i.e. if you set a notify on one client it will not send that update to another client. These schedules are stored in a local SQLite database and no the TVServer Database.

Yes you can. When you create an account to access the MPWI, you can set a Default group to which it logs on. it _does_ mean you're able to switch groups, but by default it will show the group you've defined in the account details.

Not sure this is the right place for a request like this but if there's any way to extend the web server to allow control of music - playing, making playlists, etc that would be great. Music is an area that doesn't really require video so a good remote interface would be fantastic.
I'm not a coder, but I would be happy to help in any way possible.

Thx.

Not sure on this - I thought the web interface only really talked to the TVServer database whereas the music playback will all happen from within MP? If MP offers some sort of API (I've not looked through the code yet!) then it may be possible - or alternatively, it may be possible via a plugin that the webserver talks to...

Interesting idea. I've not played around with the plugin stuff at all yet though!
