DJBlu - this is continuing to work great - really appreciate your help and efforts here!

Just wondered how discussions are going with the devs to get this properly adopted into MP 1.0? Would be a fantastic standard feature imo and good recognition of your solid work here.

have you any idea when the dev's are going to put this to SVN? this will save you having to recompile it every time?

Sent the source code to be implemented, its now on with the developers as to when they implement it.

Just a quick question, when using your version of the TSWriter can we receive ITV HD as well? or is it a case of we can either have ITV HD or a full EPG.

Ok this is exactly what I have needed for a long time, thanks a bunch for this

but unfortunately I have a big problem with it

It may just be my hardware or my setup but it is kind of unusable for me atm.

The problem lies in the CPU usage of the EPG grabbing. My media PC is just some old hardware thrown together and is just an Athlon XP 2400+. It works fine for playing SD content that is all that I use atm. I also have MP and TV Server set to run at high priority and they work fine like that. but when the EPG grabbing is ongoing then it uses 100% CPU and being on the TVServer priority it kills everything else

Is there anyway to run it on a low priority, I guess not as it is part of the TVserver

I suppose that dual core PC's run fine with it but not mine.....

If ITV HD worked for you with the last SVN then it will still work as I haven't changed anything on that side of the TSWriter.

You can try it with any Version just make sure you back up your original incase it doesn't work.

TSWriter and skydict.zip

New version of the TSWriter

Removed 2008 dependancies
Fixed double spaces in Sky UK EPG.

Stop Server
Backup orginal TSWriter.ax
Copy the two files from the zip file into your TV Server directory.
Start your server.

Refresh your EPG if you want too.

Working perfectly, populated all channels with EPG data in less then 20mins. Big thankyou!
