Can someone tell me why the Windows help files on this URL

mediaportal - Revision 20866: /trunk/TvEngine3/TVLibrary/doc

don't work anymore?

Ok, it simplay does not work for me.
The chm file is unable to find the linked url help pages!

Can i get the docs somewhere else or in a different format?

PLZ HELP !!!!

assuming u have vista (maybe its like this in xp sp3 to?)
save the file on a local disk then take properties and click unblock button then it should work
