If you only have one TVGuide.xml you should uncheck the TVGuide.lst option.

I suggested that it should be unchecked by default earlier in this thread. I hope someone with access can help us.

Go to the directory where the TVGuide.xml is stored.

Right click create new text file and name it TVGuide.lst

then try clicking load.

Default compressed downloads?

I'm e-mailing with the guy who has made the dutch EPG available online. Right now, he's offering separate files for each day, which you have to put together to one XML on your own PC, using a script. This is working okay, but it's a bit of a hassle to set up for the first time.

I noticed the 'Remote' tab in Mediaportal RC 1.0, and I think it would be much easier for dutch users if they could just enter the URL there. I wrote the owner of the files, and he's willing to make them available as one single download. He's just a little worried about the bandwidth used though. His question is:

"Can Mediaportal handle compressed files? Or does it sent the right headers, so Apache can give the files back compressed?"

I'm not really that technical, but do you guys know the answer here? It would sure help out a lot of Dutchies!

Ok I hope this is the right place to post this

I have a little problem with the XMLTV import on TVServer. I would prefer to use the recommended setting to delete the epg before importing a new XMLTV file. But my problem is that I also use TV Movie Clickfinder import. the XMLTV Plugin deletes the whole EPG including the TV Movie Clickfinder plugins epg. so after it has imported I have no data in the Clickfinder channels.

Is it possible to have the XMLTV plugin only delete the epg for the channels it is going to import?

I am using SVN 19228 atm due to having stuttering issues on newer release
