Hi and welcome!

We need some more information as to what type of epg you use! Is it dvb epg. xmlTV, WebEPG? Also how have you setup your channels?

Thanks

Default Having The Same TVGuide XML Problem...

Whenever I try to import the TVGuide XML, it won't. If I do a "Lookup" it doesn't give me my city listing? This is very cumbersome to get this program to work correctly. I have the latest MediaPortal 0.2.3RC2, which is the only one that will recognize my TV Tuner. Yes, I know it's free? However, I can't import my local TV listings, and if I try to start my Hauppauge 1600 TV, it says no data available. It scanned my channels and found them (I'm just using the Analog portion of my card). However, there is no data for any of the channels, which I believe is suppose to come from the TVGuide XML file, that isn't there, and I can't get????? Can't import, can't start TV, etc.....I've read some previous posts on fixing this problem, but it seems you have to be a programmer to make this MediaPortal work properly????? Is there a simple fix to this problem, and if so, could you please help me.......Running WinXP Pro SP2, with all the latest updates. MediaPortal 0.2.3 RC2, I have a Hauppauge 1600 WinTV-HVR, etc....Not sure if any other information is needed?
