Default Some Channels not grabbing data

There are about 3 channels that data is never pulled for them every week. It's always the same channels. Is there a way I can correct this? I'm using the Zap2it plugin.

Thanks.

Which channels do not work?
How about providing some logs?

Thank for the reply.

I will have to look for sure when I get home from work, but how do I provide logs?

Find the logs in the log-directory. Have a look in the webepg.log file and you may find the reason.

Thanks! I'll need to post them though, as I don't know what to look for.

There are more channels than I thought. There are 8 channels that
won't pull guide data. I've been trying to post my epg log file, but i keep getting "Error 500!". Is the log file too long?

Have you checjed your zap2it account? They have made some changes to the channels on their site. Make sure these are enables on the zap2it site. If they are not, they won't pull down.
