Country: | Just downloaded MP II, it started well, it showed it's GUI, but I could not do much, due to my laptop being unable to handle all the GFX properly. MP 1 works fine, but obviously requirements are beefed up for MP II.... What are the needed specs? Later I will check my HTPC, which has some more horsepower (my lappy is already 3,5 years old).

| You will need to have .Net Framework 3.0 installed...

| the requirements for mp2 should be about the same as for mp1. we make some use of pixel-shaders, so it's good to have a directx9 graphics adapter that supports shader model 2.0. however, if you don't have such one, shaders should be simply disabled by the engine and it should run also. |

Country: | I just ran it on my desktop and it works as a charm. My laptop which has a GeForce FX Go5650 (which is supposed to be DX9) it is no fun at all. It might also because of Vista. Another thing: I added a folder with pics to the library and unfortunatly had no thumbs when browsing them. I waited a little, started a slideshow etc., but no thumbs appeared. Normal? Last thing for the moment: It is great that you can have views based on all metadata now. But I am lacking the most important EXIF information: Date Taken. In MP1 I added a view for that, MP II should be able to do this as well. Another "last thing": Is the upnp server running as a service? Or is it only available when MP 2 is running? Do you have to configure the IR Suite to work with an X10 Remote (Medion)? Or is there no support for the X10 yet?
