Blank black screen after hibernate

This error started when I updated from 0.2.1.0 to the latest SVN about a week ago.

How to reproduce:
1. Start MP
2. Press PC-button on remote to hibernate system
3. Power on system again

Now when the computer resumes MP is running and seems to work but the screen is black.

Workaround:
Press TV-button on remote to exit MP and then restart or force a dialog to popup. A dialog can be forced by pressing DVD-menu-button on remote when no DVD is inserted. The dialog then displays fine and after exiting the dialog everything else displays fine too.

There are hundreds of errors in the log so it should give some help.

Hi,
If you in MP Setup (configuration) -> General & disable "using separate thread for GUI rendering" (or something similar) or if you update to latest SVN, this should be solved...
