If you are using the BlueTwo skin then the channel name and the program name of the currently viewed program are not displayed in the MyTV home page. To reproduce:
0. Ensure that turn TV on automatically on entry to My TV is off
1. Go to MyTV
2. Select TV On
3. Notice that nothing is displayed under the Channel heading and that the current program name is not displayed above the program start and finish time.

I'm no skin expert but I think this may be some sort of interaction between the new animation stuff and the <fadelabel> control. Removing the animation settings on the fadelabel controls for the channel name and the program name in the mytvhome.xml files results in the channel name and the program name being displayed correctly.

Andy

I've not submitted logs for this. If you think that are of use please let me know.

I have previously reported this too, I believe its a skin issue too introduced with animations.

Folks a little more info. I'm not 100% sure but it may be that you can only see this problem if you have TV off when entering the MY TV home screen (so turn TV on automatically needs to be off). Then when you turn TV on the channel and program name are missing.

It may be fixed together with the fadelabel bug - isn't it today?

When did the fadelabel fix go in? My test is on the svn downloaded yesterday. Will not have chance to try an updated svn today but will try it again tomorrow.

Andy

Just checked fix went in yesterday, so the build I have does not have it. Will test again tomorrow.
