Its probably me some how getting something wrong, but I find the consistency of the standard Titan menu interface slightly flawed...
I guess there is no editor for Titan skin, there never were. There is one for the Titan extended theme for Titan. Install it and use the editor. It works. You will not have "fly-out" submenüs as with Titan's TV-Button. I am serching for a solution for the same problem as I like the basic menü and the Titan editor works no so well with it.
