Microsoft MCE Keyboard

Pheraps my question it's a little off topic but i don't know where can i post it.
Can i use a microsoft MCE keyboard on windows xp? Can i use it like a mouse and to writing text (wireless keyboard) too?
I have only windows XP not MCE.

Yes - on Windows XP Pro. All the keyboards features work fine i.e mouse, media keys, green button etc.

Did this work for you? I have the Media Center Keyboard and Remote on Windows XP Pro SP2 and the remote fully works, but the keyboard does not. I can't use the mouse, or keys on the keyboard. Do I need a separate driver?
