Smile Added 2 conditions to delay the startup of MediaPortal

I just added 2 conditions (wait until TvServer has started, wait for x seconds) to delay the startup of MediaPortal.
This can be usefull if you have MP autostarted with Windows.
The conditions can be configured via the configurations tool.
See the attached screenshot.

Good, I were sure I herd a claim quite some time ago that MP would wait for the service to start but it never did, maybe now it will finally work the way it always should have.

Apparently it does not. I activated the option "Wait until TvServer has started", but when MediaPortal starts with Windows, there won't be any channels etc. in My TV, which indicates, that it couldn't connect to the TvServer. I have to use the "Delay startup for x seconds" option (too).

Furthermore, with every change I made to the system (i.e. installing SVN builds, installing different codecs, that sort of stuff), I had to increase the latter option again. I am now at 30 seconds. When I first used MP and TVE3, 10 seconds were sufficient.

somebody posted a bat file soem time ago that does achieve this, see if you can find that, it might be just a little quicker than an ever increcing delay. I think there may be an issue that SQL express reports that it is running but takes another few seconds before it is actualy working
