| Eggert, I have posted a reply in here, in the InputDeviceMapper's support thread (I thought it was a more appropriate location for this discussion).

| A plugin to communicate with IR Trans server is under development. The input events are captured by a new plugin. The LCD output is made through adding a new class, implementing IDisplay, in ExternalDisplay plugin. I began to code on this thing before my knowledge of HIP or the MCE drivers. Since I have neither used HIP-software or MCE drivers, could someone please answer if it's possible to both get events from remote and to put info out to a VFD, thats under irtransserver control? I using a Dign HV5 case with standard VFD/irreciever component installed. Since it's using USB I have had trouble to get some acceptable functionality out of it. I have laborated with Girder but didn't find any good way to tunnel remote events further on to MP. So the short question, does anyone know if it is any use of continue developing this or is the same functionallity achieved through MCE drivers? If someone is interested in the plugin just msg me and I will send it. |

Country: | Hi, I am currently working on a "personal EPG" plug-in. The plugin should be able to learn from the viewing habits of the user and notifies the user for high rated broadcasts. Bavarian |

Country: | I'm currently working on a voice recognition plugin using MS SAPI 5. Searched around the forums and haven't really found anything that matches, so I'm hoping nobody else is working on it. |
