MD-Api in MediaPortal developers wanted to finish the job

Before to post on this thread you have to know and understand this simple rules:

THE THREAD MUST NOT DISCUSS THE ILLEGAL CAPABILITIES OF THE MDPLUGINS OR IT WILL BE DELETED AND USERS WILL BE BANNED!

You have other forums to do that

I started this project by cut and past code from several open source projects.
Multidec 8.4 sources (thanks to Espresso)
MajoorDVB (thanks to Marcel Majoor)
OfflineDescrambler (thanks to SatRookie and JoshyFun)

The job is almost done but I need help to finish.

What works?
Menus, MD-Api exchange Messages, pid filtering

What doesn’t work yet.
I think something with ffdecsa.

To do:
- At least have a MDPlugin working to see an encrypted channel (legally of course using a subscription card). It's pretty close but I reached my limits.

- Clean up the code

- Reorganize the dll to become a class and handle multiple cards at the same time like MediaPortal is able to do with free channels

- Include the result in the official svn of MediaPortal

Excellent news.

Perhaps draktheas has some free time to look at the code. A while ago he was talking about looking into MD-API support, so I'm guessing he has the required technical skills to (quickly) fix whatever still needs to be fixed.

Unfortunatly the last visit of draktheas on this forum was 2006-08-07.

Any help of anybody on any part of the code (even MP part) will be appreciated.

I'm a little bit busy for now to work on it, but I'm still available to explain how it "supposes to" works.

Because the tree of stable version of MP sources has changed yesterday I have to check all the MP part of my work.

I would deliver a new package soon.

Mbb,

What would really help is if you documented your code, not only where you modifed MP source but what the purpose of the modification was and maybe a few todo comments.
