I uses ComSkip, but only for dvr-ms files.
For me it works fine - integration into the plugin would be perfect.

Yes. It comes where there's a skip in dvrms original file (quite often, here at my home at least). In this case the audio/video sync goes crazy. I was not able to test if the problem is already in .mpg file, as I am quite sure it is not.

I attached the file at the point where the skip is.

p.s. (could be the video VBR the one to blame as Virtualdub suggests?

Can you post the simpson video original (dvr-ms) with dirty freeze, to test different solution, thanks a lot for your collobaration

No, virtualdub is an avi cut tool (http://virtualdub.sourceforge.net/)

For simpson I don't have the original dvrms, but I'm going to finish encoding another video and I'll post troubled segments from that.

Is the plugin V0.7c works with MP 0.2.2 without SVN. I've got an error when i want to configure it in MP config, plugin?

Ok thanks a lot, i encourage some people to post the dvr-ms (original source)which after the transcoding a audio/video sync problem appears, only the segment when the problem occurs.

Hi Fabrice,

using Comskip for quite a while now.
First it just worked with mpeg-files.

Though it detects the commercials quite good it doesn't fit always 100%.
Since some days Comskip support is even in SVN, to skip the commercials while watching a video.

Just would like to ask in what way do you wanna integrate Comskip to your Plugin?

Hi Fabrice,

First of all thanks for new resolution you add in last release!

There is an issue when audio compression is set to 160Kbps, I think there is "-ab 60" in the command line rather than "-ab 160"

Ok, here you can find the broken dvrms (in the transcoded the offsynch appears). Sorry, it's very short due to the big size.
