Support for Pinnacle PCTV 3010i and 7010i

Hallo everybody.

It woulkd be great if MediaPortal supported these cards. Both based on the Philips SAA7162 Chipset, the 3010 has an dual tuner for DVB-T and the 7010i an dual DVB-S and a dual DVB-T tuner - both Cards have radio and analogue support.
