UNSUPORTED FIX(RC1) for MS-DVR and implemented-non-linear-smart-stretc

I'm having this other problem
5sec to open a .ts file with TsReader (another reason for Vista, NO Respondig Window)

The problem is with Tsreader opening files that are on "R:\..."...
But I don't know c++ :-(

I think that if we try to fix most of the "long time" process we will fix most of the "no responding" issues..

Must admit all my recordings are now done on my c:\ drive and access takes under 2 seconds.

The only real delay i have is with dvb radio, approx 10-15 seconds before start.
