When I use Icons to visualize the album, I get a blue frame around the album art. This is valid for all skins I have tested so far (Mayhem, Core, Spincycle etc.). But when I click the albumartist image the albums show without the frame. have anyone else encountered this before? As far as I can see, there are no obvious settings in the configuration program. Also, is there a way to control how the albumart looks like when there are multiple albums on one artist? Look at the attached image, and you will see what I mean. |

Country: | This is a skin bug then. Folder thumbs (from Artist and Genre) are created with the background image from the file "previewbackground.png" in your skin's media subdir. Either edit the file yourself and rescan your collection or download e.g. the XFace skin and use the greyish previewbackground.png from that skin. |

Country: | For some reason that did'nt help, so I reinstalled MP with new setting. I ran the configuration and set XFace skin as default. Now the album art shows up ok. For some reason all my previous settings where kept altough I told the MP uninstaller to delete them. Now, next question. The album art shows up ok, when viewing icons/filmstrip etc in album art. When clicking an artist, there is no album art. Why? From the top level there is clearly an album art (I have all my album art embedded in the mp3's). If I click the back button an then click the same artist again, the album art shows. Strange, eh? AND, when clicking the album, no album art shows up in the tracklisting. MP should read the mp3 tags right? Do Mp store the album art somewhere? Can one clean MP's database and start all over again. Or am I missing some setting in the config? |
