Blue screen when recording changes from 2 channels to 1

I have two programs recording, one of them I'm watching while it's recording (pausing and fast forwarding). There is one program scheduled to start recording at the same time these two finish. At this time the computer blue-screens and reboots. I have another set of logs from another occurance too.

Is it the Teletext? This is the last thing it tries to grab before crashing.

Hi,

I get the exact same bluescreen every now and then with driver version 2.0.35.23348.3264 (this one). I've seen this error in several occasions, though, but mostly when I switch between viewing live TV with one tuner and then switching to a channel that's being recorded by the other tuner. I haven't tried two recordings a the same time yet.

I'm using CVS from 08-01-2005.

I can't post a logfile because I'm at work right now, but since it's a bluescreen I don't think there's much info in it anyway and it's just the hauppauge driver causing this...

Hooray I'm not the only one! My drivers are slightly older but still beta, 2.0.35.23297.

I'm sure it does it when going from recording 2 programs (TV1 and TV3 also timeshifting) to 2 straight afterwards (TV2 and TV3), not just 2 recordings (TV1 and TV3 also timeshifting) to 1 (TV3) as mentioned in my first post.

Too many numbers!

Okay it just did it again, MediaPortal was sitting in the tray while I was watching a podcast in iTunes - and it was only halfway through recording one program, with no others on the horizon. Weeeeeird.

Why oh why!

Hi,
I have the same problem (BSOD) with 1 tuner (pvr 150mce), after about 3 hours of watching TV.
In my case it seems to have something with the hard drive power down (I have stuttering problems when they turn off & start again). I have now set â€œTurn off hard disksâ€ to never.

Yeah, but what am I looking for? :? Scoop is using the very latest version of the drivers but is still getting blue screens. Should we try finding an older version?

I tried every version of drivers I could get my hands on. However, still got the BSOD.
I havn't had it since the Jan 11 CVS (yet).

Which CVS from that day are you using? There's another guy with 01-11-2006--01-04 where it doesn't detect his PVR150, so I don't want to end up with that problem while trying to fix this one :?

Odd that is the CVS I am useing to. I recently added a pvr 150 to my line up and I didn't have any problems. I did uninstall, reinstall RC2 then add only that CVS to it. I didn't lay CVS over CVS. If that makes a difference.

To be honest my setup is almost perfect. My stuttering is gone, timeshifting is smooth as glass. Record flawlessly with the two cards. My only problem is "exclusive directx mode" isn't usable anymore. I have some minor tearing, that I am willing to live with, because everything is is perfect.
