Default Cannot add filter

Hi all.
anyone familiar with this error.
I am running the latest SVN on a P4 with 1 gig ram.
The card is aTwinhan 1022a card.

2006-12-22 11:50:30.671875 [ERROR][9]: Command:MediaPortal.TV.Recording.ViewTvCommand failed reason:Failed to start TV
Cannot add filter DTV-DVBS 878 Digital Tuner Filter time:125 msec

just found another error.
Perhaps this is the reason LOL
2006-12-22 11:41:23.265625 [ERROR][9]: Filter tunerdevice not found in definitions file

Perhaps I might just buy another card.
I read the how to add another card and I thought my head would explode.
