Default changing framerate for movies - strange behaviour ???

hi,

zebons integrated a possibility to launch a batchfile before playing a movie into the myfilms plugin.
That was an idea of me and i asked him if this would be possible etc.

Now the situation is that this works great, but Mediaportal seems to have problems with the
change of the framerate. Not the MP GUI itself but the internal movieplayer and if the movie is
on disc.

1. if i use VMR9 exclusive and try to play a movie from harddisc. The movie does have for example
50fps and at the moment the system is on 24fps. Everything is setup in the myfilms plugin and
the ANT movie database. Press play the framerate changes and MP trys to play the movie. The
movie starts but the framerate changes back. If i go back to MP GUI and stop the movie, than the
framerate changes like it should have done before

2. if i use EVR ( i would prefer ) do the same thing and the framerate stays but the video is black,
only sound.

3. if the movie is not on harddisk ( Blu-Ray or HD-DVD ) and i press play within myfilms there comes
up a message "please insert Disc ' ... ". That's fine but if there is a framerate change for this movie
than this message maybe appears but you don't see it. And after all the resync actions of the projector
and PC there is no message. So you have to press the play button again and you get the message.

The same if you wanna play a .iso because there also comes up a message "staring ... " ( i believer ).
But because of the framerate this message doesn't appear or somethingelse but the iso will not be
mounted. Without framerate change no issues ...

Is there a possibility to change the behaviour of MP for these cases ? It would be great because so
everybody has the possibility to use different framerates automatically without analysing or something,
only setting it up within the ANT movie database.

Any hints or ideas ?

thanks
