Default Channel Change

I would like to know if it's possible to execute an external program on channel change with MP ? I am using another pc to receive my Satellite wich if redirected trough my Xcard and on the other pc i am using a PVR-250 to record. I currently switch channel with Girder ieventc.exe on the other pc for SageTV and i woul like to do the same with MP.
