Hi together,
i have a Problem with my channel Groups.
I have about 700 Channels and 8 Groups.
I sord the Groups in the Server Configurations Tool in my favorit order. When i watch TV an klick on "OK" then open the miniEGP. here i can change the group by klicking "left" or "right". The order is wrong. In the Server Configuration Tool i set the Order for example:

Group 2
Group 1
Group 5
Group 3
Group 4

But in the miniEgp its wrong.
Example

Group 5
Group 1
Group 3
Group 2
Group 4

I use MySql 5 ... ist this the Problem? Have someone MySql 5 too and can reproduce it?


My other Problem is, that i dont see any channels in the "All Channels" Group. This is in the MiniEGP too. I have about 700 Channels. When i split the Channels in 3 Groups like "All Channels 1", "All Channels 2" and "All Channels 3" then i can see the channels. When i split it in only 2 Groups like "All Channels 1" and "All Channels 2" i cant see any channels in both groups. I thing its too many channels in one Group. Is this a MySql problem too ?

I hope one of you can reproduce this and we can report a Bug.
This Problem is since some weeks.

To change the Database in MSSql is really bad for me becouse the EGP are slower for me, really!

I can confirm the same problem using RC1, Single Seat, MySQL 5.0.27. Nothing specifc in the logs even with Debug-level. Just one group shows channel, All Channels and other groups are empty.

I just checked the sortorder of the channelgroup table.
It is working with for me.

I have 4 groupss. Each time I change the sortorder on the tvserver the changes can be seen on the clients.

Plz check the sort order by "select * from channelgroup".

When i look in the Table "channelgroup" in the Database there is a field named "sortOrder". I think the Query must be call "SELECT * FROM `channelgroup` ORDER BY `sortOrder` ASC;" and not only "select * from channelgroup".

Hi again,
the first Problem with the Group sort is fixed.
One of the Develop-Team have fixed it yesterday.
Great Work!

But the Problem with "All Channels" are not fixed.

Yesterday i have test it again. When i put more then 250-270 Channels in one Group, i dont see this Channels. I hope we can fixed it for the next time.

I have Channels in 10 Groups.
When i open the miniEGP i dont see Channel and Group. I dont change anything.

The empty miniguide problem is not fixed for me, and I can see I'm not alone.
