By far not. This does not say anything about frequency. These could be 24, 50 or 60 Hz for 1080p. Additionally even if the interface accepts 50 Hz it does not tell you if the display is operating at 50 Hz also or if the electronic will do some processing similar to 3:2 pulldown which should be avoided qualitywise. Just take a look at all these HDTV sets which sate they are 24Hz capable. Most of them accept a 24 Hz signal but the display still operates at 50 or 60 Hz.
