use the "spinnavigator" (up/down arrows) to change the picture or provide another one in thumbs\movie\title

What do you do in the case of two movies with similar names?
For example, I've got King Kong from 2005 (King Kong.avi) & King Kong from 1976 (King Kong - 1976.avi). If I pick the cover art for one, the other uses the same jpeg. I tried placing a jpeg called King Kong - 1976.jpg in the thumbs\movie\title folder, but it didn't work.

I did the folowing.

Found the cover myself on amazon.
Placed it in team mediaportal\mediaportal\thumbs\videos\title
Open Mediaportal Configuration.
Under Movies-Movie Database and Editor you can edit it yourself by choosing the movie in Title then find the cover under Coverart.

King Kong from 2005
Rename to King Kong (2005), IMDB picks this up every time, first time.

Same goes for most films.

That's not the problem. I'll select King Kong (2005) for King Kong.avi & then select the coverart I wish to use. Then I'll do a look-up for King Kong - 1976.avi. I'll select the correct movie & the coverart I wish to use, but when I exit back to the movie folder (large icon view) King Kong.avi now has the coverart from the other movie, although the description is correct. Starship Troopers & Starship Troopers 2 behave the same way.
I'll try Exco's suggestion. I didn't know to go into configuration. Hopefully it'll work.

Is there not a way to specify a specific image before hand?

Sort of like Music where if you have a image.jpg in the directory MP will use that instead of downloading from imdb?
