I had the same problem with my Fujitsu Siemens pc. It had the same Pinnacle tv card and was using onboard audio. I temporarily solved the problem by inserting an old creative soundblaster, which handles audio in differently than the onboard audio adapter. The problem is that the pinnacle card uses the aux or line in for audio when recording (and when timeshifting).
I have replaced the tv card with a hauppauge 150mce instead because i didnt like the picture quality on the pinnacle tv card. and it was also a bit unstable (driver problems).
My advise to you is: Replace the tv card with a card with hardware mpeg encoder (eg ATI theater 550 pro or Hauppauge PVR series).

Question One audio stream but out of sync

Now I manage to get rid of one audio stream but unfortunately it was the one that was in sync with the video.
I have chosen default direct sound device in audio renderer.
Please All solutions are welcome.

Thanks Paranoid Delusion.
Rebooting did't make any difference.
I have tried all choices in audio renderer.

Is there a way to chose which audio stream mediaportal uses?
I don't want to use the AUXIN for the analogue part of my TV card.
