DVD not playing/stuttering

I am having problems getting a DVD to play. I am running SVN 17241 and I have tried many codecs. With the Cyberlink codecs I don't get any video at all, just a black screen. With other codecs (MPV,Dscaler, ffdshow) I get video and sound but it stutters every 2 sec.

Log attached, where I am trying all codecs.

Let me know if you need more info.

Now I have the time I was planning on submitting a number of bug reports but seeing the response to my report I am starting to wonder if this will have any use...

I can understand that devs/testers have a lot of work but I think dealing with these reports one at a time is the only way to get all the small bugs out of MP.
