Failure on resume from S3 Standby

System quite often crashes on resume from S3 standby. Normally I have to close the error reporting tool three times and then restart MP

Windows Version: XP
CPU Type: C2D E4500
Memory: 2Gb
Motherboard: Asus P5KPL-VM
Video Card: ATI 3650
Video Card Driver: Catylst 8.7
Sound Card: CMedia
Sound Card Driver: Dogbert's drivers 1.2.0
1. TV Card: Pinnacle 7010ix
1. TV Card Type: Dual DVB-T / DVB-S
1. TV Card Driver: ???
MPEG2 Video Codec: MPV
MPEG2 Audio Codec: MPA
