Just wondering how i would go about going from FF 8X for example to play. At the moment i have to put the FF or RR back to Zero to play. But some weird times when i can just press pause/play button again and it gos back to play. And even some imes when i think i pressed Ok button to start playing again from a FF-RR speed ? Can someone tell me how to do this andor how MP has it configed ![]() Thanks. |

Country: | Paul, would you PLEASE fill in your Systems Specifications, which can be found under User CP / Edit System Specifications. It is very hard to give support advice to you with the limited information that you provide - it often means that we have to resort to guessing... In this particular request for example, we have no idea what remote control you are using (nor why you don't have a Pause button) and we don't know what version of MP you are using. There is no point including the Systems Specifications table in your posts whan all the required fields are blank..... ![]() |

| It is sort of not an answer to your question, but do you need to use the FF/RW functions at all? Personally, since the file is random access (unlike, say, a VHS tape) I find just using the left and right arrow keys to choose a jump forward or backward in the video a much better option. Perhaps you have a special need for FF/RW that I have overlooked, if so ignore this. |

| I think if you push "p" on the keyboard it plays directly from FF/RW? I think pushing "p" also pauses if playing. Maybe I am wrong, I have only used FF/RW once or twice, before I found the left/right arrow key function. |
