Default Finding Channels with MediaPortal

When I scan for channels I sometimes get signal and sometimes I don't. When I do I get full signal quailty and about half signal strength. I've found 2 channels but can't view them because i get an error saying no signal. These are FTA channels. My provider is Virgin Media.

When I scan for channels using MyTheater I can find 32 channels but, again I cannot view any FTA channels. Could this be down to losing signal strength or not having enoug to start with?

Very stuck here any help would be appreciated

Hi!
I think u should monitor strength and quality for a longer period of time, and maybe make it better(?). You could have experienced fading of the signal, and then u get randomly channels found.
Best of luck!

Are u running DVB-T, or...?
u could use a ordinary receiver to verify (monitor) your signals, or if u are using MP TV-server use that.

Ok, so if you are using MP without TV-server u cant monitor signal, then u have to go for a receiver "box" or TV-server.
